jdm type-r rod and piston weight

Hey everybody long time reader first time poster. I was planning on rebuilding my type r and figured i should just go all out. I have been looking around for the lightest piston and rod setup. Then one question popped in my head , What is the stock weight in grams of the piston and rods in my stock setup right now? If anyone has any suggestions for a piston and rod combo I would appreciate it.

Eagle H-beam rods, wiseco pistons. stronger is better than lighter. :-)

Not necessarily true. Depends on what power the motor will see and how it will be made.

if its going all motor just use your stock rods, upgrade the rod bolts to arp, shot peen the rods get new bearings and get some high comp pistons with a decent cam, tune it and call it a day
