he doesnt want to tear the head off, a swap is a lot more of a project than a head lol.

just get the usual intake, header, exhaust, high flow cat

if you feel like spending more do throttle body, intake manifold

if you feel like going further, buy a more aggressive camshaft, get some cam gears, maybe valve springs and retainers if you wanna spend the bling

and then id stop, thats like 2grand in parts or more so lol youll get like a whole 50 hp out of them i guess maaaaybe

have fun working on your car is addicting and

nah he said he's willing to pull the head off to have work done, but he doesn't want to get into the engine internals.

intake, header, exhaust, intake manifold, ported throttle body, cam, cam gear.

Of course then there is the possibility of putting together a homemade turbo kit.

well intake header and exhaust won't do anything for your engine maybe like 5hp. i would highly recommend doing a mpfi conversion first, which is getting rid of the dual point fuel injection (dpfi) and putting on a 88-91 civic or crx SI intake manifol, fuel injectors, ecu etc. that will give you the best bang for your buck. then you do the si tranny swap to get better gear ratios and the car will be mint.

then add the intake, header, and exhaust.

next step would be to do a d16z6 swap or a jdm d15b vtec. and convert to obd1
