K20A-R (JDM)

I am planning on buying a Honda Civic EX 2001 and am planning on swapping a K20A-R (JDM) engine into the car I was wondering if this engine is a direct bolton or if it will fit on its stock mounts?

ha.. i see no one has replied because u seriously need too use the search button. it doesnt bolt right up.. lookin at some expensive ass mounts. A local shop put me at 9k for the entire swap.. everything needed.
