Leak down test results should i be WORRIED

hi, had my built b16 turbo engine leak down tested today and was worried alittle by the results,

Cylinder 1: 12 %
Cylinder 2: 6%
Cylinder 3: 8%
Cylinder 4: 9%
(comp test is fine though)
now i have heard anythin up to 10 % is ok but anythin above and there is a problem.. they reported it wasnt valves but ring leakage......

engine is running 9:1 pistons blockgueard and was built dec last year.. block was rebored and deckes upon build

i have further tune comin up to really get the car up to speed and sorted, should i be worried about this leakage?
Thanks

if the compression checked out good and those aren't bad numbers, if you had like %20 leakage i would start to get worried. i would say watch the %12, if it starts getting past %15 i would start looking into it
