left front motor mount and bolt problems

Ok does anyone know the trick to getting off the left front motor mount ona 99 civic. Just did a timing belt / water pump job and figured that I would change all the belts. Well not the AC one since it is around the motor mount and the nut for the mount is now broken up inside the frame. What to do? Weld the mount to the frame? Any ideas how to get to it.

Found a way....!!!!! You will love this.... The nut was only welded on three of the corners and it broke loose. With no way to access the nut I drilled a 1+ inch hole through the sheet metal frame and now can get a box wrench on the nut and that's the story. I hate to say thank you to Honda to hide the welded nuts inside the frame with no access at all. Hey Honda please fully weld the nuts in place because you know that at 100K you have a little rust inside the frame.

I would put a little spray paint or something on the hole that you drilled, to help prevent rust ;)
