let my engine breathe!

Hey guys, i own a 97 civic ex. Current mods are cold air intake, headers and a catback (soon to be a headerback when i get my magnaflow cat). Upcoming are intake manifold throttle body, and a mild port and polish job on my head. Anybody got any suggestions for diameter of throttle body assuming i'm gonna stay all-motor? also since i'm buying a throttle body and manifold is it a good idea to get these components and the head port matcbed? Lastly what is a three angle valve job and why would it be advantageous for the setup i have described?

62 or 65mm would prolly be the best. i have a pnp head with a 3 angle job too. i have a prelude 62mm tb with a ported IM. Yes the port matching would be good for maybe a horsepower or 2.

stage 2 would be a good cam, its when you go with a stage 3 the daily driver really goes out the window...

go with a stage two cam. IMO if you plan on being serous about all motor you should skip the TB and start researching/saving up for ITBs. they will let your engine scream and give you huge power...its probably the best thign for an NA four-banger aside from upping the compression a few points.

ITB's?

And for those that want to go all motor, are you changing pistons for the compression or milling the head? It seems to me that stock internals would go a long way on an all motor setup... not nearly as much stress as n2o or boost.

Individual Throttle Bodies. A TB for every cylinder.

Very interesting... sounds very expensive. Anyone sell a setup or is everyone custom making them?
