So I've been snooping around for just about anything that I'd be able to put on or in my '82 Civic. Been looking around for parts but can't find anything 
. Really thinking about dropping in a V-Tec from a newer Civic so I could have a larger amount of upgrades and such avalible. Any ideas or suggestions?

Seriously though. Kinda thinking about finding a new gen Civic or S2000 V-Tec and just dropping that in.

With an S2k, you'd have to convert to rwd, which would be a pain in the ***. I'd say get something like a b16. They're cheap (as far as engines go), and it would be a big step up from your engine (and it's vtec).
