I was thinking of going with a b18 vtec head and was wondering if it would make more power with my setup

I would go with the B18C from the Type R Integra... here are some specs
Power: 201 hp (150 kW) @ 8000 rpm
Rev-limit: 8,700 rpm
134 ft·lbf (182 N·m) @ 7300 rpm
Transmission Type: 5-speed standard with LSD

Opposed to your B18B which would only get 130-142 depending on which one.

Wish i had you kind of budget (too bad im only 17!)

Sounds like my dream set up!

Sounds good, the only thing I would add is a wideband O2 sensor and gauge, such as the AEM UEGO. With that nice of a setup, I would definitely want to know the A/F at any given time.

dude, he's boosting, if he's going all motor, then that would be a great starting ground, here, a gsr setup will suffice.
