Alright...so im on a somewhat limited budget...i have a 1997 honda civic LX..(1.6 sohc non vtec) was planning on doing a mini me swap with a 1999 EX head thatd be the Y8 correct?...whatdya think? doing a whole swap with a GSR motor is also possible but if i do that i wont be able to afford turbo...if i do the mini me swap i will be able to afford a turbo..any suggestions? right now my engine has 102000 miles on it.. hrmm

i would get the gsr and save a lil more and turbo that. because if you turbo that engine at 8 psi you will only get about 205 whp an with a gsr turbo you are looking at alot more. as a stock gsr has around 160 whp and with a turbo on a stock internals and all you will probably get around 230 ( just guessing)
