is a mini swap worth it?
 

i was thinking about mini swapping my y7 and puttin a z6 head on it, is it worth my time or should a just save the money for a swap at a later date? pros/cons? anyone already done it? lemme know what youve got

IMO it's not worth it, take that money and buy a edlebrock intake manifold and a Y8 transmission. Then when you get that done a nice, simple turbo setup. $ for $ it is a much better investment than a swap because it can be put back to stock fairly easy and the parts will sell fairly quick.

unless you get the head and most parts for free that is, that way you're converting from a bottleneck manifold and larger ports as well as a stronger powerband up top. But if costs an arm and a leg, then don't even try.
