What are your power goals and what is your budget?

many options... full exhaust, cams, pulleys, throttlebodys, fuel controllers, ignition amplifiers the list goes on and on. That is the most broad and general question you could ask. You need to be more specific.

option 1) boost... just get a turbo kit and you're good to go.

option 2) N/A... get cams, maybe an ignition kit, intake manifold &throttle body (or ITB's [sm=drooldude.gif]), maybe a lightweight flywheel, etc.

well i already have a full exhaust system. and cold air intake. and iridium plugs and 8.5 mm racewire. other than that its got urethane mounts. at the moment my budget is tight about 1000 bucks or so but if you guys think i could boost it without any other upgrades (mind you i wouldnt boost over 6 psi without forged pistons and lower compression) thats what i would save up.

I'd say either piece together a custom turbo (which you should be able to do for a little under $1000) or get cams & upgrade the valvetrain (which should cost about $1000 or so). Just don't get cams if you plan on turboing it in the future since a N/A cam is different than a turbo cam

just from that comment, i'm guessing you don't really know much about hondas. please, you gained ZERO power from that, and they're pointless to list as a 'modification'. i just laugh everytime i read something like this. i laugh even harder when kids do that in 'readers rides' sections in magazines.

yeah i think ill try to get the turbo. and yes i know the wires and plugs dont make a difference unless you have a much stronger coil and upgraded ignition, and even then the power is nominal but i like the look of the wires and the plugs are cheap and withstand high heat anyway i was merely listing all that i had done different than stock not saying they were all upgrades.

So if i did go ahead and get a turbo though is it safe to run with low boost on stock internals? seeings my compression is 10.4 to and i dont have a dyno or anyne near with one to really get a good tune?
