Name this sensor....... please..
 

I need to know what this sensor is for my write up on the cx mini me swap.. If you could help out it'd definitely be cool... Thanks...

just a guess ,,but maybe a maf senser,,but they are usally in the air intake ,,or could be for your emmisions,,one senser b4 the cat then one after the cat ,lets the ecu know if its doing its job,,sorry just guesss,, but im sure someone will get the anwser 4 ya

I think the maf has to measure all the airflow... so I think it may be a temp sensor... or something... thanks tho...

My best guess without looking it up is that it is a MAP sensor. It meausures the pressure of the intake manifold. A MAF sensor would be found on the actuall intake tube. 02 sensors are always on the exhaust.

Just looked it up. The Air temp sensor is on the left side of the IM in between the valve cover and air chamber. The MAP sensor is 3 wires, the air temp sensor is two wires. That is off a 92-95 civic with a 1.5L VTEC engine. I think its a air temp sensor because the MAP sensor looks different, but i can't see the whole sensor.

Your right on the engine... it is a non vtec 1.5. The deal is... i'm workin on a how-to for the z6 swap on the cx... and that sensor is moved to the back of the manifold... so i'm trying to find out what its called so it's better for the how to...

im pretty sure thats the IAT (intake air temp)
