Ummm...8hp from an intake alone???? Even the best Cold air would give you 5 at most.

i have a 2005 civic ex, with a INJEN cold air intake and MEGAN racing headers, and i was wondering if anybody out there can help me put with suggestions of what i can do or buy to make my civic faster...basically how to gain more HP and Torque!!! THANKS!!!

just dont bother wasting your money on an EX. the best bolt on is just Turbocharge it. dont waste your money on anyother bolt ons for that car, it wont get u anywhere.

totally agree^^ 1000 bucks give or take a hundred dollars and piece together a nice 14b turbo set up and get close to 200 hp

turbo it. Or nitrous, but that really is a bandaid in terms of power:-D

Strictly speaking there is one more way to do this – supercharge it. It has not been ruled out in the original post. [8D]

And this is the only way to get it feel like “V6” by the way.Turbo will not do this.

is there a supercharger for the D17 (A1/2? Whichever) which is found in the lx?

jackson racing super chargers are nice and easy on the drivetrain, but theyre DAMM pricey.
