My son has a 93 Honda Del sol I have put new radiator in it new thermostat The problem. When he drives it so much pressure in the cooling system Blows all the coolant into the overflow tank then onto the ground. Oh yes new radiator cap also it is the 1.6 litre motor I am baffled what next. How about some help here I am a Mopar man all this is driving me crazy thanks for any help.

Have you performed a leak down test of the motor? I have seen this issue in older supras before where there was a blown headgasket causing the coolant to be either pushed through the system due to cylinder pressure being pushed into the coolant system or coolant sucked into the cylinders.

its either a defective therostat or a bad head gasket. i suggest a leak down and compression test and also take the thermostat out and give it a try.
are there any other signs besides the pressure??

try the thermostat first cause its hella cheap and easy to remove. If that doesnt work, leak down test. =). O and make sure you bleed the system after!
