First off, it's Vtec not Vetec!
And this is the third post that you have made regarding your HP improvement for your 07 EX.
You already said that you had, or were looking at getting an exhaust and AEM intake (however no one could understand your post) and then your second post elaborated into asking if you need a header or not.
Stick with one post dude!
