Default Oil Consumption for b16

I have a 2000 honda civic si, the problem is that it burns a **** load of oil, i have to put in a quart every week, and thats including that i drive under 4000 rpm but i do travel like close to 200 miles a week, but that is still too much oil being burned, etc. First i thought it might be the rings, I did a compression test and it came out to 210, 180, 210, 210, thats why i thought it might be rings, but i did a wet test on two of them and they both went up by 30, so its like 240, 210, etc. They all went up by 30 so im wondering if its the rings, any ideas? I dont want to spend money machining the block if its not needed.

well Im not quite sure what the problem is with the second cylinder because it had the same gain as the other cylinders in a wet test. If it wasnt close to the same gain, i'd probably think its bad rings and just machine the block. and im not sure if its bad seating of the vavles, because as far as i know this engine has never been opened up, and with close to no internal mods. I did change half of the vavle seals but not much difference, guess i'll try changing the other half and see what happens.
