Oil pan question?

Default Oil pan question?

Will the D16y8 oil pan fit on a D16z6 motor?

If the D series are like the B series then it will. All B series oil pans will interchange.

not a direct fit.............2 studs on the oil pump of the z6 will not line up with the y8 pan.but you can remove those studs and the pan will fit the rest.

Would that be bad idea to remove the studs since im going to be turboing the Z6

just get a steel z6 pan. Moroso makes one PRE TAPPED for oil return and oil pressure gauges
