other than intake, headers, and an exhaust what else can i add to my car to feel the most performance without dropping a ton of cash?

 

Intake manifold and throttle body... Skunk2. Cam(s)... Crower. thinner headgasket to bring up compression (not for boost aplications.) Mini-me for non vtecers... list goes on and on.

For about a thousand bucks, you could beef up the engine. Camshafts, cam gears, valve springs, and retainers. Intake manifolds are good too.

lifters and springs would be a good idea, but not neccesary with a stage 1 cam. However with stageII yes.

 

how much are you willing to spend? because if you dont wanna drop the money for IHE i dont know what else you could do...

 

I have plans on puttin a Crower Stage 2 cam in, in the future. I've been looking for lifters but can't find any company that makes them for a D17A2 engine. I found valves, springs, retainers, guide seals, but no lifters. Anyone know if other lifters are compatible??

 

Intake manifold is a great idea if you already have the I/H/E done.
