Like Tyler said, the p&p isn't really necessary until you get to a point where you need maximum flow, ie putting down big numbers. It doesn't hurt, but you wont be taking full advantage of it either..

also, forty, mid as well get a p&p..that way if i ever do want to put down some real nice numbers..i wont have to tear it all back down.
