I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me what point on the rpm scale the b18a1 hits peak power and or would like a dyno chart for a b18a1.

about 7.6k...or at least thats where peak power is. peak torque is at 7.3k

are you sure that 7.6k and 7.3k is right, that seems a little high but i could be mistaken.

and how much if any would stage 2 cams and header back exaust change that?

We're talking B18A1, not B18C1... that could have been the source of your confusion (but I'm not sure if that would be right either).
