ok im new, and i just wanted to know what the heck you can do with a 2000 civic dx...i don't like to spend that much cash...but i did get an aem intake...i don't have money right now to engine swap...so what can i do right now...meaning what can i get to boost the little hp that car has...its my gf's car anyway...good practice...

The intake will work well with an exhaust. Good plugs and wires will help a little, maybe some pulleys...

hey man thanks for replying...can you tell me a good exaust that's cheap, but still gives good hp...i will get wires soon...not sure about pulley's...what kind of plugs...i wnat to be a dx hx killer...hahah

can you tell me how to install a tacometer??? i am going to get one, its going to be a 3 inch olimeter or something like that...it would help

Almost any cat back will cost a bunch a cash. If you want to keep the cost down, check out ractive & arospeed. The pulleys cost cash too but if your on a budget, that can wait. For plugs i'd go with iridium but there are a bunch of good ones out there.

I don't have experience with aftermarket tachs, but i would think instructions would come with it.

how do you put vtec in a non vtec engine?? someone please explain...i know another newbie question...just help me out someone

HKS and magnaflow have a some cat backs that aren't too exspensive. a high-flow cat might do some good as well. check out dragracing.com
