can getting new high comp or other pistons in my car really give me 20 more hp

What could you really get from the say the pistons, springs, cam gear?? Realisticly on a B-series?

well im bout to throw in type r pistons, stage2 cams and tune it with the greddy emanage...prolly lookin at 200

no i ment like 200hp....nah pistons off a type are for bout 370 and like the cams for like 600 giver or take a few
but wont i need the emange to tune forthe newcam and higher compression pistons?
