pistons size vs sleeves

Alrite guys,im forging the internals of a b16, im thinkin of getting the engine rebored for perfect fit of pistons! i have been doing a little reading and have come to the conclusion that you can only go upto 81.5 mm from 81mm on stock sleeves is this correct??

also do you need to change mainbearings bolts or can you reuse??

cheers

Hell you can go to 84mm which is stock b20 size, I'd get new bearings all the way around, Clevitte P77

i have heard mixed things about this but alot of people say 81.5 is the limit without resleeving your block, im running boost aswell!not bearings do you need to change main bearing bolts/ studs?

i bored .020 off of my b16 block and it saw 20 psi then the owner of the motor now does 25 psi on it.

a 82.5mm bore would be fine.

I think he means 81.5 would be fine. 82.5 is a no no.
