Okay, so my friend is kinda broke atm so he wants me to pay to tow his car to the dyno witch is going to cost $100.00, just confirming you cannot drive a car to dyno if you just put turbo on and have stock tune he has injectors and everything in place, just confirming you cant drive them to the dyno?

It depends on the turbo and also how much boost he is pushing. If he is pushing no more than 10 I would say drive it anything over that tow it.

depends how far it is too... if it's close by, just drive it. unless your friend's turbo is pushing out some serious pressure.

Any pressure at all is gunna lean the motor out. If its stock injectors the only way itd be safe to drive is is you have an AFR gauge and you can keep the AFR within the limits of doing damage. But like I said, even 1 PSI is gunna make the motor run lean.
