Someone told me to purchase an a2 head and do a piston swap on my civic si and i was wondering how much around that would cost and what exactly it would do if you know please help thanks

 

putting in pistons isnt as easy as just popping then in there. there are other costs involved other than just the pistons itself. you have to take the motor out, pretty much rebuild the bottom end to put in new pistons, etc.

so lets say at least $1800 for the bottom end build.

What yr is your civic is anyways? what motor do you have now?
