quick speed/ hp gain
 
already got intake...headers and full exhuate what else can i do to my 97 civic for a few more hp gain or a lil speed boost ?

Turbo? haha im always gonna say that when someone asks.. lighter wheels? spark plugs? spark plug wires? it all adds up you know lol

new cams/cam gears, new intake manifold, ...what kind of car do you have?

its a 97 civic ex with a d16y8 motor...i have a set of 17 " wheels which can replae my 19" wheels and of course take out my sound system cause its get annoying lol.so cam,gears,spark plugs and wires...Thanks yall

Aftermarket Intake Manifold? High-flow Cat? Lighter Flywheel? All of those are some basic suggestions.. A BIG suggestion would be Nitrous, i'm sure you'd be pleased with the gains from that.

I have the same car with the same engine, and i don't think you will be happy after investing your money into cam, ignition, plug wires, intake manifold, or high-flow cat, on a 1.6l naturally aspirated ecomotor. If you aren't prepared to spend the money on boost, i'd recommend performance suspension so you can at least have fun with what you got.
