Removing d15b7v WITHOUT tranny

OK, so I'm looking to remove my blown engine, only without the tranny because honestly, I'd rather not get into removing ball joints and other things.

I'm guessing the crankshaft has to go, because there isn't enough room to pull the flywheel out of the tranny right now...the motor is stuck. Is there a tutorial anyone knows of to help me get this damn thing off?? I've been fiddling with it for 3 hours now, I can't find anything decent on google.

The crankshaft is connected to the flywheel which is within the bell housing so your going to have to take the tranny off or at least pull it to the side. You should just remove the tranny and engine as a unit that would be the easiest way. Other than that it shouldnt be stuck you just have to romove all the wiring so it doesnt get hung up as well as disconnect the clutch line and then all the motor mounts and pull it out.
