rocker arm d16z6 ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS PIECE IS CALLED?
on all of the cylenders excepts number one, this piece can be pressed in on number one it is stuck there ahrd as a rock, i believe this is whats causing my car to not run addiquately. i believe the piece underneath it is jammed,up i will take more piks tomorow. i took the rocker arm off and was carefull not to loose theose pieces , the one lost motion assembly is ok but the metal piece underneath it, BElieve it is the rocker is raised higher on cylinder number one than all of the others
the rocker is higher on cylender one cause that happens to be the spot where you stoped the camshft, if you were to rotate it it would move up and down.
as far as blue prints, my haynes manual doesnt have much more then that u showed, and itsays to take them out and replace them if they dont move smoothly
as where to get replacements, check out a honda dealership or get some online

ok that is what i figured someone was going to say but it jsut seemed kind of weird that cylinder2 3 and 4 were4 all in the saem exact position. under the rocker arm the piece were the lost motion assembly contacts (( what is that called)
the lost motion assy contacts the vtec rocker arm, i was thinkong as a quick fix u could try cleaning them out with soem degrease or so, and maby get a quick fix untill you gan get a new set

the parts list as well as this diagram can be found here -->http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...+HEAD+%28EX%29
