Ive had this prolblem for a few months and fixed it about 20 minutes ago. I tried a new map sensor, new throttle position sensor, and tried reprogramming the idle by pulling the ecu fuse ect... I cleaned the IACV but nothing worked untill...... On the IACVthere is an electrice magnetic thing where the wire harness plugs into the IACV, I took that off and the metal round cylinder looking thing was stuck, I grabbed it with two fingers and twisted it till it would turn about a half turn in each direction, in one direction I could feel the resistance of a spring which is on the opposite side of the IACV held on with two screws. Once I loosed it up by twisting it about a dozen times I put the white plastic electrical piece back on it and it idled at about 2000 then went down and held stead at 1000. before it would idle around 2000 then it would warm up and rev from 1000 to 2000 repeatedly like a yo yo. you hear be babe?
