Shaving a JDM B16A head??

Hey all, I'm new to this forum, and so far I'm digging it a lot! What I would like to know is how much can I shave the head on my second-gen JDM B16A with B18C1 cams. I would also like to get upgraded valve springs to protect my investment. Any input would be much appreciated! I'm shooting for a 200hp+ n/a here!
