short ram intake install

Question, I went to install my SRI and not sure how the hell im supposed to get that sensor onto the intake tube...Is it supposed slip right into the whole on the tube? the vacuum line seems to fit ok but not the sensor. Also all i got with it was tube, filter 2 big clamps, 1 hose about 8" long and 2 brackets.. do I drill into the tube to connect these brackets to it...?

What company is the intake? Mine was an Injen kit and I really had to squeeze that sensor in to get it to work... I also had to cut some of the tape off the wires to extend them a little bit

most kits come with a grommet that fits right in. Mine is a dookie ebay intake and didnt come with one so i just ziptied it in and sealed the gaps with silicone. Worked so far.
