Default Si=VTEC??

ok this is gonna sound stupid but here goes:
i found a D16Y8 head with about 80 00 KM so like 50,000Miles, gaskets still good, all the bolts, a timing belt and water pump for 100$CADthis is out of a 96. Then i searched around some more and found the ECU of a 96Si also for 100$CAD. so i have two questions will these two items match each other while giving me VTECand is there anything else i need???

i pretty much translated the whole thing for you cuz its french but heres the add for the head:
