Default Skunk 2 or Type R?

I am redoing the internals on my B16 and have come across a dillema. Do I go with the Skunk 2 Stage 2 cams or JDM Type R's? I can get both readily, and brand new in the box. whichever way I go. Has any body else gone with either of these cams? I could use some sound advice as to what the general opinion is. I will be doing valves springs, and retainers at the same time along with a block girdle, and port and polish. Also should I go with the oversized valves or stay stock sized?

Well as much as I want to say turbo, I think I'm heading down the N/A path in course. I use the car everyday so reliability is mandatory. I have done the all the fuel upgrades being fuelpump, regulator and fuel rail. Next will be injectors.

dont get type Rs if you wanna boost. too much overlap. get some good Skunk2 turbo cams. or if you wanna go through the trouble, you can get a GSR intake and ITR exhaust for a sweet OEM setup.

I would go Skunk 2, especially if you plan to turbo later, after all the Type R is only stock and even though its rated as the best by honda oe standards

the right combo of type r cams will hold with skunk2 easy. skunk2 turbo cams arent the best thing out there and OEM parts can hold.
