Default skunk2 intake mani and throttle body?

Ok I found a skunk2 intake manifold and throttle body for $485 shipped. A) is this a good deal. B) I know nothing about intake manifolds or throttle bodys so could someone inform me please? Can I use a cold air intake with these 2 things? Adding both of these, how much HP can I expect to gain?

My car is a 2000 Integra LS non-vtec 1.8L

you can nearly do an ls vtec for that price. anyways, the two will give you about 15 hp with about 5 ft/lb. they're mainly designed for top end power. with that list, i'd guess around 175 or so.

yes and its imo one of the best set ups you can do. You add a B16 DOHC VTEC head on to your non-vtec b18 block.
