Unhappy Someone please help me out

ok so heres the thing i just installed a bag suspension system,my subs and neon lights into my 1992 honda civic hatchback dx. i changed the battery to optimum just to make sure i was getting enough power but my car still wont start. i turn the key and nothing happens i hear the fuel pump and everything but it never trys to crank im lost im thinking it could be a relay or somethin but the car doesnt have any of the fuse diagrams so im really ****ed my land lord wants the car off the lot but it wont move until its turned on so any info please help me out.

it has to be a starting problem but the battery is good and i believe the starter is good it drove fine even after i did all the work if anyone knows anything please inform me

thank you so much

the only thing I can think of is that maybe the battery ground cable is loose. But, if that was the case, I'm not sure if you'd even hear the fuel pump humming.
