Sputtery Engine and Dumb Accident

Ok so my car has been running real crappy lately. Lots of engine vibration, loss of power and popping coming from the exhaust. When I hit the gas it wounds like a crappy version of a WRX...seriously haha.

1993 Honda Civic LX sedan
Auto

80,000 Miles

Checked the spark plugs and there was quite a bit of oil in 2, 3 and 4
Could that be the reason for the engine running like poo?

Anyways then i decided to take the valve cover off and check out the gasket and all.
Its a new set but the rings sealing the spark plugs looked all warped and stuff so I figure I'll go buy a new set later.

Im screwing the valve cover back on and I snapped the bolt right off...[8D]

Was the oil in the spark plugs causing poopy car engine?

How does one go about replacing that stud that holds down the valve gasket?
Whats the torque specs of the D15B7 valve cover?
torque specs for spark plugs?
and gap for the spark plugs?

Thanks Everyone

It's quite possible, I would personaly replace the stud with a bolt. I think it's a 8mm threading and torque specs of 8lbs. And rest I don't know off hand.
