Please do not stroke a B16, I dont want to go into detail about it. In the end it is not bad per say but it is throwing the balance off on one of the best factory engines ever. If you want to do something just have it line bored and put over sized pistons and a set of forged rods in it.

i'm thinking of putting a turbo on it (full-race stage 1 kit) with a boost controller and a AEM EMS e-manage. then building the insides. I have also been thinking of boring it and sleeve it then put a bigger piston and forged rods in it to build a good N/A engine.

im with MD. dont mess with the dimentions on a B16.

i still say you need to stay away from the spoon site unless you're buying a whole engine.

Whats this thing about spoon stuff? Is it just the turn you over and take you from behind prices? Talking of spoon stuff though, saw a lovely set of spoon lightweight 16" alloys for sale. Competitive price I though. Nope. That would be per alloy. The set would cost £2000, or about $3000. Right....
