Stupid question about D-series engine

Alright so this might seem stupid but do they make DOHC VTEC D-series heads?

only dohc d series are in the ZC's (no vtec) and in the first gen integra. i think the d16a9 (dont quote me on that) were 1.6l dohc. I'm pretty sure they dont make a dohc vtec head for d series
