Default Tapping sound

I have recently changes my spark plugs and wires on my y7, and I am now getting a tapping soung from the engine. I think it might be under the valve cover. I have taken the cover off all looks good. The tapping only starts about 20 min after driving and does not increase or decrease with throttle it seems to be at a constant, but does disappear at high rpm.

ya the gap is 1.1, plugs are tight, I do have 9.3 mm wires, could that be it?
