Throttle Body Spacers, b18c1

Hello folks,

I've got a '97 Civic with a '98 B18C1. Has a T3/T4 hybrid, 10 pounds of boost. A'Pexi full cat-back. Forged rods and pistons. Better manifold... not a full length, but the next best thing, which I forget what it's called.

A guy I know ports/polishes, and also makes throttle body spacers. He says adding some of those could mean better atomization, and perhaps add a few hp and ft-lbs of torque. I'm not sure how much he would charge, but what are your opinions on this? Should I go for the ones he makes, or is there a really nice type I can buy online somewhere? Or would you say I should just put in a better type of throttle body?

Here is a pic of some of his work:

And should I get it retuned if I do a P&P and add TBS's?
