Default Timing Belt

Hey,

Just bought a 95 civic lx special. It has 186,000km on it and I was wondering if I should be changing the timing belt soon. I have no records for the car so I don't know for a fact that it's been done once already but I'm assuming it has been with this many km. Is there any way to tell if it is going? I don't really have the money to replace it right now. Also how hard is it to do yourself? You just need to set the engine to TDC and then take the old belt off put the new one on right?

Thanks
Mitch
