Chances are the timing belt should be changed after 60,000 miles, dont you have the book?

You may find that information in the owner's manual. Alternatively, call the Honda dealer. Not sure for an 09, but changing the timing belt at 60K miles is typically for extreme driving conditions whereas normal conditions it is about 100k miles. Does the engine have a belt or chain?

you hav ea timing chain so it will last a lot longer than a belt u might not ever have to change the chain.

I believe Honda still recommends a specified time or mileage interval for replacing the timing chain.

Just curious, where did you find this information?

i was always under the assumption that belts were changed at 75k and a water pump is recommended (that I know SHOULD be done and I have done it twice) but no idea on the chain.
