Default timing help??

ok i was driving my 89 crx dx (has a d15)home other day and timing belt broke, i bought new belt and turned on the car myself, now i hav a question with regards to the markings on the crank pulley, there is one white marking by itself that is supposedly for tdc and then an inch away there are 3 close togerther with a red one inbetween and im not too sure as to what they r for, also kinda unrelated but also my fan for the climate control doesnt work, is there a fuse for this or is it most likely a bad connection from the back??? any help would be appreciated thnx

the individual mark is TDC. the other 3 are for setting distributor timing with a timing light. and yes there is a fuse for the blower motor located at the under dash fuse box. it will be a 30 amp fuse.

Prior to installing the replacement timing belt, did you determine that the valves sustained no damage by collisions with pistons when the original timing belt broke?

...fan for the climate control doesnt work, is there a fuse for this...
Check fuse 19 (30A) in the auxiliary fuse holder (attached to under-dash fuse box)

This should help with the timing marks:

so you are telling me to set it to the single white mark(tdc) and not the middle red one of the other three?

Using a timing light, set the timing so that the pointer aligns with the red mark.

The white TDC mark is instead used for proper installation of the timing belt (see picture).
