How about what are you trying to build for? Sounds like you want it to be quick NA and then run some spray. If you want a decent bump in horsepower a b16a head on that block would great. Yes you can use a b16a tranny get one with the same clutch Im guessing you have a cable clutch so get a cable clutch tranny. msd igninition stuff is not necessary injectors arent a bad idea if you really want to run nitrous. Get a haynes manual without a doubt and it does have all the torque specs.

you can use any non-vtec cams
* Where can i find a good rebuild guide
any auto parts store - haynes or helms
* Are the pistons from ebay or perfectengines.com reliable
depends what you are building the motor for and ebay doesnt make pistons so you have to be a little more specific
* How much drop should i get form the ebay coilovers
again ebay isnt a company so provide a link or some brand of coilovers
* Anyone no a good place to find fairly cheap rims
eBay
* can i use any other b-series pistons in b18a1 to raise compression
any piston made for a b series engine will work in a b series engine
* Where can i find aftermarket piston rings and will they help with nitrous reliability, with good tune and rare use.
google it, and look for either forged pistons or titanium pistons and the proper rings will be included with them
* Anyone one recommend a specific oil for when i put the motor back together.
many many different theories on this. I used conventional oil for the first 500 mile break in, then full synthetic oil after that
* Should i run synthetic oil after rebuild.
I say yes but again many different theories on this
* Will a haynes manual have the torque specs for the motor.
yes
* Can i use a b16 tranny on this motor. i no it has the shorter gears.
yes you just need a cable tranny if thats what you have now or a hydraulic tranny if thats what you have but any b series tranny will work
* Will a msd ignition box, blaster coil, msd plug wires, 320cc injectors, AEM fuel rail and regulator help with nitrous reliability. Friend offered good deal on them.
MSD helps but stock ignition can handle close to 400hp. Injectors are a good idea for running nitrous but you need to get something to tune with (Hondata, AEM, Chrome, etc)
* Anything you would recommend to replace besides gaskets, all bearings, and piston rings.
water pump and timing belt!!!!!
* I'm getting my head and block resurfaced and honed anyone recommend any other machining work.
sounds good

hoped that helped ya
