Default turbo D, questions and opinions

im gonna be turboing my D in a couple months

My goal = 300 hp

plan:
forged pistons, not sure if i want 9.0 or 9.5:1 compression, opinion? what brand do u recommend
eagle connecting rods
block guard
2.5" exhaust
450cc injectors

turbo:
i'm thinking about greddy kit, with an ebay intercooler and manual boost controller, upping boost to 15 psi. using e-manage that comes with kit
or
everybody is saying to build my own kit, i have no experience with welding and know nobody that can do it, would it still be a smarter plan? depending on how much the kit came out to, id run hondata s200 w/ boost, or the hack

what would you do? what would be a good size turbo for my goal that will spool by 4500 rpm or less? im kinda on a budget, 3 g's max for everything, including dyno tuning (~$300), so ~2700 for the goods.

thanks

9-0 compression. Eagle H Beam Rods. SRP Pistons. RC550 injectors. Electronic boost controller. Stock D block can take 350 hp. Blockguard is not needed.

Get a 100 shot of nitrous and you'll be golden (not sure if you need sleeves for 400HP). Since you will only use the nitrous at the track, it won't beat the crap out of your motor all the time and the sleeves will make the block stronger. Also, you can offset some of the turbo lag by using the nitrous. Just an idea.

im going with a garrett t3/t4 turbo

for pistons i have found 75 and 75.5 for the d16z6 which would be better?

wouldent the turbo blow up your engine from only soo much induction being forced into your engine....i wonder if they have a special thing from preventing your engine being blown
