Default V-tec? which ones?

sorry, but since I learned that a DOHC is outta the question (don't worry... I'm not disappointed, just surprised) anyways... I was wantin to know which models came with V-tech in the 96-00 civics? Probably EX's, cuz that's what everyone is tellin me to get... but I am just makin sure...What bolt ons are worth the money? I'm thinkin AEM short ram and a cat back of some sort...it will be auto though, so no short shifters or clutches or anything... besides, I'm not looking for speed... sorry lol. Any suggestions and answers?

Get the Cx motor then, or is it Hx? That thing gets like 60 mpg.

If you aren't looking for speed, then no bolt-on is worth the money.

Well, I take that back. I/H/E will give you a little better gas mileage.

sorry it took me so long to reply... I'm just sayin that im not "dead set" on speed like most on this site... I do want a little more bang out of my vic, but I dun wanna spend a ton of money on it, cuz Id rather spend it on looks or comfortability... sorry for the confusion.

looks like i got to this post late, damn.. If you're not looking for speed, dont spend money on mods. Just spend money on body kits and nice seats, but then one day when some one does pull beside you and will wanna run, you'll at least be lookin good and all in style..
