O.k. I have a 2000 civic ex with the d16y8 in it what would I need to swap it over to the si?

it should be a basic swap in. i believe you are gonna need mounts a axels. the engine you buy should come with a tranny and shift linkage. and make shure it has a uncut harness.

the swap is fairly straightforward. you only need a couple mounts: Si rear tranny T-bracket, Si timing belt side mount, any 94-01 b-series front tranny bracket (if you want to use it), 96 Del Sol VTEC a/c bracket f you want to keep a/c, Si power steering pump if you want to keep that, b-series axles, b-series shift linkage. your engine harness will work but you will need to extend a few wires.
