besides motor, tranny, ecu and harness, axles, shift linkage, motor mounts, (off the top of my head) what else do i need to swap a gsr motor into a 93 ex civic. if possible... could someone who knows or who has done it b4 give me a list of parts i will need from a to z if you know what i mean. like what type motor mounts will work (i heard 93 teg mounts will work) jus t wanna make sure i got a list of what i need b4 i start the project. all input would be much appreciated. thanks.

 

that sounds about right. im pretty sure you only need to change the tranny mount and the rear mount but im not 100% sure

 

i would change out the clutch and flywheel plus plugs , wires , rotor and cap. thats just me though cause u don't know what condition there in

 

well like whenever youg et a new car or engine, you wanna replace at least the timing belt, water pump, and clutch.

 

i dont have the civic YET... but i found a 93 ex for $1500. this summer around august i will be hopefully swappin a b18c1 into it. also, do gsr tegs come with a choice of lsd or hydraulic... or does it only have a single choice or model. but i do hope to get the civic, but first i gotta sell my eclipse.

 

I would do the suspension and brake system before even thinking about swaping

 

i would just get some nice billet aluminum clamps 300-400 bucks for decent ones and look really good to.

 

Any idea what I'd need for goin from a D16Y7 (yr 2000) to a B18C?? Do I need tranny, ecu, mounts and axel too?
