I changed my rod bearings and the noise is still there!!! Can someone help me out with this, its pissing me off.

 

can you somehow get a video of the noise so we can hear it and try to find out what it is better than what you are telling us?

 

Could it be coming from the head? Valve lash?

 

If i get it on video you won't even be able to hear it. Its not that loud. It's only when the engine is under a load like if i have 3 people in it it sounds like its going to explode. I've heard it could also be a wrist pin too.

 

Hey you guys. When i checked All-Data for the rod cap torque it said 33ft lbs. Is that right?
