I have a 96 civic ex and recently it wont climb throught the rpms very well ..anyone know what the hell is wrong cuz i dont

 

you need to give us a lot more info than that man. is your car smoking? does it only happen in certain weather. is your car overheating? are you burning oil? coolant?

 

hmm this is a random guess but...maybe your air filter is clogged, check it. On my car, a plastic bag went under my car to where my CAI is, and my intake couldnt get air, so i couldnt get past certain RPMs no matter what

 

or the cap and rotor could be worn and the car won't rev past a certain point.
